Absolutely. Many clients start with Email & Web Hosting to get emails, hosting, updates, monitoring and fixes sorted first. When you’re ready to have us handling updates and then improvements each month, you can move into a Maintenance plan.

No. We include day-to-day updates and smaller changes as part of taking care of your site, and we batch these so everything stays organised. Plus and Pro plans also include one intentional improvement each month. If something you ask for looks more like a project (for example, a full redesign or new functionality), we’ll flag it early and talk through options with you.

There’s no long-term lock-in. We’d rather you stay because the value is obvious, not because you’re trapped. You can move between tiers or step away if your needs change.

We batch your smaller updates together so everything stays organised and predictable. Once or twice a month, we take all your small changes and complete them in one tidy block – it gives you better value and keeps your website feeling consistently cared for.

If something is time-sensitive or urgent (for example, a broken form or something affecting the customer experience), we’ll jump in sooner. And if a request turns out to be larger than a “small change,” we’ll flag it early and walk you through the best way to handle it.

Small changes are the everyday updates a website needs to stay accurate, tidy and functioning well – things like editing text or images, adjusting spacing or layout, fixing small visual bugs, updating a section, or cleaning up mobile display issues. They’re the natural “keep things current” updates.

Anything that reshapes a whole page, adds new functionality, or requires deeper design or strategy falls into improvement work instead of small-change batching.

You can send updates whenever you need. We don’t limit how often you can ask – we simply batch smaller tasks together and complete them once or twice a month so everything stays organised and predictable. If something is urgent or affecting customers, we’ll prioritise it sooner.

If a request looks more like an improvement project – such as a full page refresh, new layout, redesigned section, or new functionality – we’ll let you know early. Depending on your plan, this may fall under your monthly improvement, or we’ll recommend the simplest way to handle it as a standalone piece of work.

The goal is always clarity, no surprises, and the easiest path forward.

If something breaks or stops working (a form, a plugin, a layout issue, etc.), we’ll prioritise it. Fixes and troubleshooting are part of your plan and aren’t batched – we handle those as they come up, because your website staying functional always comes first.

There’s no strict limit, and we don’t count hours or tickets. Small changes are meant to cover the natural updates your website needs as your business evolves. As long as the requests are reasonable and in line with normal website upkeep, we’ll batch and complete them as part of your plan.

If you’re sending through very large volumes of changes every month, we’ll let you know and help figure out the best way to handle it so everything stays manageable.
